Today, we will start off by visiting Vilnius, best known for its historical charm, particularly its UNESCO listed Old Town. On the included sightseeing walk, we will visit the historic streets of the Old Town. Firstly, the most important church in Lithuania – Vilnius Cathedral and masterpiece of the 17th century St. Peter and Paul Church. Secondly, the Roman Catholic St. Anna’s Church, Vilniaus University and the world-famous Gates of Dawn. After lunch, we will take you to the medieval Trakai Castle (entrance) located on the shores of a picturesque lake. In the afternoon, we continue to Klaipeda, the third biggest city in Lithuania located on the Baltic Sea coast. Check-in at your hotel. Free time to spend at your own pace. Overnight in Klaipeda.

An interesting journey to Curonian Spit – unique and vulnerable, sandy and wooded cultural landscape on a coastal spit, which features small Curonian lagoon settlements. After making the short ferry crossing over from Klaipeda, we stop at the Hill of Witches. From here we proceed to explore the small town of Nida, admiring the brightly painted houses. Here you will visit the High Dunes, the summerhouse of Thomas Mann and become familiar with this adorable resort. Free time for lunch at a local cafe (own expense). Then head back to the vivid city of Klaipeda to visit the Old Town, which is an outstanding example of German architecture. In the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner at a local restaurant.

Morning departure to Riga with some not-to-be-missed stops along the route. First stop at the Hill of Crosses – one of Lithuania’s most awe-inspiring sights. After that, we will visit the pearl of Latvia – Rundale Palace (entrance), which is a masterpiece of baroque and rococo architecture surrounded by an exquisite French garden. Late afternoon arrival to Riga. Check-in at your hotel. In the evening enjoy a traditional Latvian dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Riga.

Today, we will see the very best of Riga. Discover the cobblestone lanes, churches, and medieval houses of the Old Town. View the city’s historical high-points and top-rated and must-see attractions. Firstly, we will see the largest medieval castles in Latvia – Riga Castle and the largest place of worship in Latvia and the Baltics – Riga Dome Cathedral. Secondly, we will marvel at the St. Peter’s Church with the tallest church tower in Riga and walk through the exclusive gate of the Riga wall – Swedish Gates. Moreover, we will see the medieval dwelling houses – The Three Brothers, the Large and Small Guild House and the Freedom Monument. After lunch, time to relax and explore Latvia’s famous seaside town – Jurmala. Overnight in Riga.

Today, we will head along the coastal highway route to Estonia’s southwestern coast, Pärnu – an idyllic mainland seaside resort. After a short walking tour we make our way to enjoy lunch and proceed to Estonia’s medieval capital, Tallinn. Check-in at your hotel. Overnight in Tallinn.

This tour will take us to the medieval old town of Tallinn – one of the best preserved old towns in northern Europe. We will stroll around the oldest streets and the see most significant sights such as the Aleksander Nevskij Cathedral – a beautiful Orthodox church at the top of Toompea Hill. We see the gleaming medieval Dome Church and the social heart of the city – the Town Hall Square. After that, we proceed to the St. Olav’s Church a gothic symbol of Tallinn and Toompea Castle – home of the Estonian parliament. The tour also offers *an optional excursion to an outstanding palatial and urban park in Estonia – Kadriorg Park and a visit to KUMU, the award-winning new Estonian art museum (40 EUR/pp). Overnight in Tallinn.
